Shipping Policy

This policy applies to (US) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

A. Shipping

Free shipping on all orders, but you will be charged an additional $9.9 for primer shipping.

B. Shipping, Processing and Order Deadlines

In general, the shipping time for goods is 10 to 20 days (Monday to Friday). The primer shipping time is 3-7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time is 5:00 PM WST (San Francisco). Order processing time is 2 – 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

C. Delivery Terms

We ship products using USPS/UPS/DHL.(The final result is based on actual express delivery.)

D. Change of address

Once in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location, please contact us at service-flightclubpro@outlook.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

E. Tracking

After your order ships, your order will be accompanied by a tracking number that will allow you to track it until it is delivered to you.

F. Cancellation

If you change your mind before receiving the order, we can accept cancellation at any time before the order is shipped. If the order has already shipped, please see our refund policy.

G. Packages damaged in transit

If you find the package damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the package from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the package arrives without you, please contact customer service for next steps.
